Thanks for taking an interest

We would love to meet you to share with you what we offer to the ADHD community from a holistic perspective. We believe that the medication is not enough to change destructive behaviours and build self esteem in an individual with ADHD. Therefore, every person that joins Celebrating ADHD receives a holistic plan alongside any medication offered by medical professionals.

Every Wednesday we run a 30 minute session on Wednesday lunchtime which is ideal for psychiatrists, doctors, therapists, counsellors, psychologists or any other ADHD medical professionals. This session is also open to HR directors, managers or anyone who is employing someone with ADHD to find out more about how to support them and benefit from their unique skills.

Alternatively if you would prefer to set up a bespoke webinar for your organistion or on a one to one basis, please get in touch to arrange this. We are also offering VIP member access to our tribe member area for those who start refering clients to us, which is currently offered at £15 per month.

What our clients say

“The weekly coaching I received really helped to structure my week and become more accountable for myself. The coaching helped me to identify the unique and individual battles I was experiencing and what my individual priorities were and how to overcome them.”

Guide to One-to-One Coaching

Coaching creates a huge transformation in people’s lives. It is part of our holistic approach to celebrating ADHD as it provides accountability and a journey of reflection, discovery and awareness. Ideally a combination of group and one to one coaching works best to really take charge of ADHD.

“I've been coaching with Celebrating ADHD for about 3 weeks now after being diagnosed with ADHD

My coach helps me investigate my actions and how they impact myself, my time, and my environment via group coaching sessions, set tasks/"homework", and 1 to 1 calls. I've also been doing morning mediation sessions via my coach’s guidance, and this really does make a difference in my emotional wellbeing.”
