Become your own coach right here, right now!

There is nothing to say that you cannot become your own coach and it might be a more cost effective way to make the changes that you really want for your life. Celebrating ADHD was started by someone who received a diagnosis and really wanted to change certain things that were hindering their life.

People have the tenacity to overcome many obstacles and barriers to reach their full potential. Some are able to do it better than others to make positive, deep-lasting changes that transform their lives, yet others can’t seem to get beyond the first hurdle.

The path of self development is not linear and there can be many distractions in the form of defence mechanisms that inhibit your growth. Therefore, the first step is awarenesss of what those defence mechanisms are and this is where an initial coaching session can help, then you can find out how to overcome them yourself.

Sue Hart, the founder of Celebrating ADHD, studied coaching to a high level and has coached many clients along the way. However, her own struggles with ADHD kept reoccuring like karmic cycles and in order to break the cycle it was important for her to practice what she preaches, i.e. be coached herself. Therefore, after completing a Diploma in Transformational coaching she continued the journey to apply integrity to her own journey of taking charge of ADHD, getting out of the comfort zone to really face the challenges that she was facing in her personal and professional life, gaining deeper self-awareness and self-knowledge which has helped enormously in her life. Yes, you can do it too as we all have the conciousness as a human being to become more aware and investigate the source of why we do what we do.

However, be prepared for a long, slow, roller-coacter ride of a journey with many achievements and pitfalls along the way. Are you ready to take on the challenge of becoming your own coach?
